Spa Etiquette and Policies

To ensure that you and other guests enjoy the full benefits of the spa experience, please follow the following etiquette and policies. Thank you in advance.

Rules of Etiquette

The environment we have created at Tranquillo Vi Spa is one of peace and serenity. Remember to respect the rights and privacy of other guests.

When Should I Arrive For My Service?

At least 15 minutes prior to service start time.

Your appointment is allotted the proper time for completion. However, if you arrive late, the minutes you need for your service will be limited to its scheduled end time. This guarantees structure in our schedule to ensure the next client is not delayed, no matter how late your appointment starts.

Cell Phone/Computer/Mobile Device

To ensure the privacy of our guests, mobile devices are not permitted to be used in our facility.

Alcoholic Beverages

No alcoholic beverages are permitted on premises under any circumstance.

What Do I Need To Bring?

Tranquillo Vi Day Spa provides robes, slippers and other amenities for your comfort and convenience. We provide lockers for our clients, but we do recommend you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I Request A Therapist?

Yes, we have both male and female therapists for massages and body treatments. If you have a preference, please notify us when making your reservation.

Booking An Appointment

All appointments must be booked either in person or over the phone.
No appointments will be booked over the internet.

Cancellation Policy

At Tranquillo Vi Day Spa we require a credit card to book and hold appointments.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- With a 24 hour notice there will be no charge.
- Same day cancellation will be a charge of full price.

Party Reservations

We offer our clients a private party room for all occasions. We can accommodate approximately 8 to 10 guests. Clients have the option of ordering lunch.

Gratuities

All gratuities are to be paid in cash or check.
Gratuity cannot be charged on a credit card or used from a Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available. Please contact us at 845.695.2212.

Please note the gift cards purchased have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift Certificates are valid 24 hours after purchase and valid for 365 days (1 year.)

Gift cards are redeemable for services only and expire 12 months from time of purchase.

Gift card balance will be reduced by fees for service if appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Effective immediately, we can no longer accept expired Gift Certificates.

Loyalty Card Policy

Request a loyalty card upon checkout. You will receive one signature per daily visit. After 5 signatures, you will get 20% off your 6th service. Valid for 20% off a single service and cannot be combined with other discounts or discounted services.

Client Intake Form

All of our NEW clients will be required to complete a client intake form. This is available upon arrival at the spa. Click here to print out a copy to fill out beforehand.
